The house under the pink lanterns, and what's upstairs

The ochre front of Masa Taqueria under pink paper lanterns, the arched doors open to the street

You'll find us at 38 Phan Châu Trinh, in an ochre townhouse with pink paper lanterns strung over the street. Inside, papel picado hangs from the ceiling, woven lamps light the tables, and a sacred heart, the same heart as on our logo, is painted across the old plaster.

The bar spells out TACOS in blue on its brick front, and a sky-blue wall of potted cacti keeps our chihuahua company: the same one that says ¡Ándale pues! on our menu.

Upstairs is our sister bar, Mezcal Coctelería, Vietnam's first agave spirits cocktail bar, under antique brick arches and candlelight. Tacos downstairs, mezcal upstairs: one address, two different evenings.
